As we understand this is a stressful time for many individuals our psychologists are here for support. Due to social distancing phone call sessions, Skype/FaceTime sessions, as well as in-person sessions are available at the discretion of the psychologist. Appointments can be offered for fifteen minutes to half an hour as needed to deal with the added stress this situation bring to individuals lives. Core Connections Group
Anxiety affects roughly 18% of our adult population, however with current events like COVID-19 many have been reaching out with increasing symptoms and a general feeling of worry and uncertainty. We are faced with unprecedented changes that leave us Unable to engage in our regular routines and means of coping with stress. At Core we are offering a way to connect virtually to both empower you to feel better and belong to a group where you will experience connection and support.
