Brené Brown states that “We are biologically, physically, cognitively, and spiritually wired to love, to be loved, and to belong. When those needs are not being met, we don’t function as we are meant to.” We are profoundly social creatures living in a world where physical distancing and isolation has become the new norm. At Core Elements, we are seeing an increase in depression, anxiety, loneliness and grief-proving that in times of physical distancing, social connection is more crucial than ever and the relationship you have with yourself might be the most important relationship you will ever study.
Your relationships with others begins with the relationship you have with yourself.
To help bring a sense of connection, support and belonging we are excited to once again host our Virtual Core Connections Group!
